Two Dallas anti-Smoking Liberal Loony Nit-Wits Cary Daniel and her Mother Chris Daniel, have filed a frivolous law suit, seeking exorbitant damages, claiming that they were somehow damaged from a former neighbor and landlord smoking.
As in any civil case, the burden of proof is on the Plaintiff’s, just how are these two anti-smoking goofy zealots are going to be able to prove how they were somehow damaged is anyone’s guess?
