(KFI 640AM) The search continues for San Fernando Valley transient with a long criminal history, wanted for the alleged kidnapping of a 10 yr old Northridge girl from her home.
Tobias Dustin Summers was named as the sole suspect being sought for the kidnapping–Summers, age 30 is Caucasian, about 160 lbs, blond closely cropped hair, blue eyes with large tattoos of a flaming skeleton face and a woman on his right arm.
