(Buzz Feed) President Obama in a rambling answer to PBS’s Charlie Rose on NSA spying of Americans in violation of ones 4th Amendment rights to privacy and his oath of office, claims:
“Occasionally there are going to be checkpoints (such as was in Nazi Germany, I digress) they may be intrusive…It is transparent, that is why we set up the (secret) FISA Court.”

(Washington Times) Last August we learned that President Obama, signed a ‘secret order’ authorizing U.S. support for the rebels in Syria that want to depose Bashar al-Assad and his government.
Last week, Reuters reported that its unclear as to the type sophisticated weaponry the Obama Administration will be exporting to the Syrian rebels through neighboring Turkey presently in chaos.
Providing sophisticated weaponry to the rebels may aid their cause but it could assist America’s enemies–the State Dept recently have confirmed that Al-Qarda Jihadists have been moving into Syria from Iraq and elsewhere and the Islaimic Jihad Terrorist organization will seek to exploit the chaos, as it has done with the Arab Spring violence.
Obama has a very poor record in choosing ones friends since the start of the Arab uprising, we know for example:

(Cal Watchdog) According to the Franchise Tax Board, the highest 1% of income earners will pay more than $2 Billion less in taxes in 2013 than last year.
That’s not surprising, a recent survey found that 75% of affluent California residents are planning actions to reduce their tax liabilities and the other 25% are considering exiting California all together.
On the 14 May, 2012 I wrote here that California’s out of control budget crisis is a result of overly burdensome regulations, ever increasing taxes and out of control spending–the present economic catastrophe unfortunately was all too predictable and the only solution remains is a robust supply-side economic plan that will create incentives for real economic expansion, resulting in an increasing tax base and new revenue streams.
The news of falling tax revenues once again proves this correct.

(CNN) Smith & Wesson reported preliminary sales records yesterday for the fiscal year ending on the 30 April, showing they earned a record $588 Million a 43% increase over the previous year.
(CBS News Detroit) Michigan Democrat Congressman John Conyers says that he fears that the nation may be “on the verge of becoming a surveillance state,” during Obama’s Watch.
Conyers comments follow growing concerns amid revelations about government surveillance of Americans.
“We have a feeling, at least some of us, that its not necessary, nor does it serve a legitimate legal protective service,” Conyers said adding that he believes the NSA surveillance on Americans is too “far reaching…and violates the fundamental privacy, of law-abiding citizens.”

(FOX News) Texas Governor Rick Perry signed legislation into law protecting “Merry Christmas” Thursday, removing any risks of saying “Merry Christmas” and to insure that the religious holiday and all religious observances like it will always be permitted to be observed in Texas Public Schools.

(Weekly Standard) At a press conference today, Democrat House Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) condemned a bill that would prohibit late term abortions, with the exception of when the Mother’s life is in danger.
Asked what the moral difference is between what Dr Kermit Gosnell did to babies born alive and aborting those same infants moments before birth, Pelosi refused to answer saying:
“As a practicing and respectful Catholic, this is sacred ground to me when we talk about this–I don’t think it should have anything to do with politics.”
Huh?
Pope Francis: Pro-Abortion Politicians, Ineligible for Communion. Um–this includes you ‘practicing and respectful Catholic’ Nancy Pelosi.
