(NY Times) ‘Covered California’ has taken down its physician directory amid complaints from doctors and patients alike, that lists of in-network physicians and hospitals included in insurance plans were error-riddled and inaccurate.
On the 05 February I wrote here that many consumers that had already faced hurdles signing up for ‘Covered California’ health plans, were now struggling to find in-network physicians.

(Weekly Standard) The man who would rather be King, President Obama quipped today during a visit to Monticello with French President Hollande, “That’s the good thing as president, I can do whatever I want.”
The Obama administration announced today that it will delay yet again, implementation of the ’employer mandate’ for small businesses with 50-99 employees for the second consecutive year and will make adjustments of requirement for large corporations.
Subsequent to Obama’s latest revision, House Speaker John Boehner released the following statement saying:
“Once again, the president is giving a break to corporations while individuals and families are still stuck under the mandates of his health care law and once again, the president is rewriting law on a whim. If the administration doesn’t believe that employers can manage the burden of the law, how can struggling families be expected to? This continued manipulation by the president breeds confusion and erodes Americans’ confidence in him and his health care law. We need fairness for all with relief from ObamaCare for every American.”

In related news, the Jerusalem Post reports that Iran’s Grand Islamic Wizard Ayatollah Ali Khmenei said today, marking the 35th Anniversary of the ‘Islamic Revolution’ that in dealing with its “enemies” Iran should be prepared to change tactics–not compromise on its main principles.
Almanar News in Lebanon reports that Senior Iranian Navy Commanders announced today that Iran has sent several fleets of warships to the U.S. Atlantic Coast, the Obama Administration has failed to comment on this report.
In November, Kahamenei said that Iran “will not step back one iota from our (nuclear) rights,” adding that Iran will succumb to no one under pressure.

(Zero Hedge) The Obama administration has liberated even more Americans from employment to pursue their happiness in January, payrolls increased by just 113,000 the Labor Dept reported this morning, well below the gain of 180,000 jobs economists expected.
On the 09 January, the Labor Dept reported that in December, a mere 74,000 jobs were created with 347,000 Americans being “liberated” from employment opportunities.

Austin Ivereigh, founder of Catholic Voices an organization of lay faithful who defends the Church’s teachings in the public sphere called the report “ignorant and misguided,” adding that it “betrays an extraordinary misunderstanding of the nature of the Church and Holy See,” while seeking to “impose an ideology of gender of sexuality in violation of the U.N.’s own commitment to religious freedom.”
Where is the U.N. moral outrage when an intolerant Syrian Muslim Cleric smashed a statue of the Virgin Mary to shouts of “Allah Akbar” or when Obama & U.N. supported Syrian Al-Qaeda rebels executed captured soldiers and brutalized Christians?
Where’s the U.N. condemnation of Obama’s endorsed, China Regime coercive ‘One Child Policy’ and the murders of millions of babies over the last 40 years?
