Obama reiterates his plan to withdraw American Forces from Afghanistan, says that ISIS is Not Islamic, that the U.S. will strike ISIS “wherever they exist” (he doesn’t know) and says that he’ll be chairing a special session of the U.N. Security Council.
That makes me feel safer already—Not !
