You–Must Be Ready, For the Son of Man is Coming

“I tell you my friends, do not fear those who kill the body and after that can do nothing more but I will warn you whom to fear, fear Him who after He has killed has authority to cast into Hell. Yes I tell you, fear Him.

I tell you, everyone who acknowledges Me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God but whoever denies Me before others will be denied before the angels of God and everyone who speaks a word against the Son will be forgiven but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. When they bring you before the Synagogues, the rulers and the authorities, do not worry about how you are to defend yourselves or what you are to say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that very hour what you ought to say.” Luke 12:4-5, 8-12

“Be dressed for action and have your lamps lit, be like those who are waiting for their master to return from the wedding banquet, so that they may open the door for him as soon as he comes and knocks. Blessed are those slaves whom the master finds alert when he comes. Truly I tell, you, he will fasten his belt and have them sit down to eat and he will come and serve them. If he comes during the middle of the night or near dawn and finds them so, blessed are those slaves but know this:

If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. You also must be ready for the Son of Man is Coming at an unexpected hour.” Luke 12:35-40

Blessed is the Nation whose God is the Lord, the people chosen as His inheritance. From heaven the Lord looks down and observes the children of Adam, from His dwelling place He surveys all who dwell on earth. Let all the earth fear the Lord, let all who dwell in the world show Him reverence. For He spoke and it came to be, commanded and it stood in place.

The Lord foils the plan of nations, frustrates the designs of peoples but the plan of the Lord stands forever, the designs of His heart through all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord…

A King is not saved by a great army, nor a warrior delivered by strength — Behold the eye of the Lord is upon those who fear Him, upon those who count on His mercy. To deliver their soul from death and to keep them alive through famine.

Our soul waits for the Lord, He is our help and shield. For in Him our hearts rejoice in His Holy name we trust. May Your mercy Lord be upon us as we put our hope in You. Psalm 33:8-12A, 16, 18-22

Blessed be the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before Him.

In love, he destined us for adoption to Himself through Jesus Christ, in accord with the favor of His will, for the praise of the glory of His grace that He granted us in The Beloved.

In Him we have redemption by His Blood, the forgiveness of transgressions, in accord with the riches of His Grace, that He lavished upon us. In all wisdom and insight, He has made known to us the mystery of His will in accord with His favor that He set forth in Him as a plan for the fullness of times, to sum up all things in Christ,, in heaven and on earth.  Ephesians 1:3-10
