(Twitchy) Benghazi Whistleblower Deputy Chief of Mission in Libya Greg Hicks testified on Wednesday: Hillary Clinton phoned me about 2:00AM while the attacks were underway–I briefed her on developments.

Hicks continued to confirm terrorists were Al-Sharia and not protesters.
