While Obama may be able to generate turnout for himself, Tuesday’s election GOP sweeps in both Virgina and New Jersey, may be telling signs of things to come for Democrat’s heading into 2010 mid-term elections.
In Virginia Governor-Elect McDonnell won in a landslide by 18% and in New Jersey where President Obama flew in and out 3 times to campaign for Corzine, in the end, the Democrat lost by 5% to Cristie.
With all 435 House Seats up for grabs in 2010, Obama was unable to generate Democrat turn-out and yesterdays GOP victories may be a referendum on President Obama’s disastrous economic policies which has resulted in near double digit unemployment and a historic $1.4 Trillion Dollars Budget Deficit.
