Obama Administration Halts 3-D Gun Production, Demands Removal Of All Online Blueprints

(Zero Hedge) Seven days ago, an article in Forbes, looked at the convergence of 3-D printing together with the First & Second Amendments and ‘The Liberator” was presented, courtesy of its 25 yr old creator, online blueprint and assembly instructions, which ‘liberated’ anyone to be able to download and print a gun with no serial number–completely circumventing all regulators and gun control laws–well that was until the strong arm of the federal govt decided to step in and it didn’t take the Obama Administration long.

A week after  the 3-D Gun Blueprints were posted, the State Dept has demanded that the 3-D blueprints be taken down, eerily familiar to what happened in fascist’s Nazi Germany, that took unacceptable publications ceremoniously out of circulation and burned them, seeking to censor what persons may read which the central government didn’t agree with.

Senate Turns Down Background Checks For Weapons, Obama Throws Temper Tantrum

(Washington Times) The Senate dealt a major blow to President Obama’s hopes for new gun control measures today, when they voted to defeat the new background check proposal that had become the center of the post-Newtown firearms debate.

Voting 54 to 46 left six Senator’s shy needed to approve the amendment, creating significant logistical problems for broader gun-control measures.

Obama angrily denounced gun rights groups, throwing a temper tantrum blaming them for today’s defeat of his gun-control proposal, accusing the NRA and its allies of willfully lying about the bill.

Boo-Hoo-Hoo…Its time to grow-up Barry Obama and wear some big boy pants.

(The Hill) The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is claiming that federal agents do not need a court order to read anyone’s emails, text messages including any and all other, reasonably expected private electronic communications.

During Obama’s Watch, the strong-arm of the federal government has determined that neither the 1st Amendment nor the 2nd Amendment now the 4th Amendment and the 5th Amendment applies to federal authority.

What can be more chilling to the survival of our Constitutional Republic than an erosion of our civil liberties?

Connecticut School Claims the Second Amendment Does Not Ensure Americans the Right to Bear Arms

(FOX News) The Father of a Connecticut  child is furious after discovering that his Son’s school is teaching children, “The courts have consistently determined that the Second Amendment does not ensure each individual the right to bear arms–The courts have never found a law regulating the private ownership of guns unconstitutional,” from a worksheet entitled: The Second Amendment Today.

Wrong on both points in light of District of Columbia-v-Heller (2008) Case No. 07-290 which held “The Second Amendment protects an individual right to posses a firearm…and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home–In sum, we hold the District’s ban on handgun possession in the home violates the Second Amendment as does its prohibition against rendering any lawful firearm in the home operable for the purpose of immediate self defense.”

America’s Nanny State Mayor Bloomberg: There’s Times We Should Infringe On Your Freedom

(Barracuda Brigade) When visiting NYC, be sure to know that one will need to check your civil liberties at the door–at least as long as America’s Nanny State Mayor Michael Bloomberg is in charge.

Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday speaking about his failed soda ban Bloomberg said, ‘I do think there are certain times we should infringe on your freedom…I have a responsibility–to try to make this country safer.’

When asked if he’d be spending big time in next years mid-term elections to target the NRA and Members of Congress for opposing restrictions on Americans rights to keep and bear arms for self-defense, Bloomberg claimed “…I think I have an obligation to that that.”

Last week, FOX News reported that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) dropped a proposed assault weapons ban amid waning Congressional support for the measure.

Bloomberg launched an advertising campaign which begins airing today in a dozen states, targeting Senator’s that may be willing to vote to infringe on the Second Amendment rights of law abiding citizens.
