(Breitbart) On Monday, South Carolina Gov Nickki Haley announced that she was appointing Congressman Tim Scott, to fill the vacancy of Senator Jim DeMint’s Senate seat–Scott will be the only African-American member in the U.S. Senate but this historic news didn’t seem to interest ABC or CBS, as neither mentioned it in their news segment that evening.

Press Accuracy Hits 20 Year Low

Distrust of the establishment media sends most Americans to the Internet to get most of their news and information according to a Zogby International Poll published earlier this year.
In a new Pew Research assessment of Americans, just 29% say that the establishment media generally get their facts straight while 63% say that news stories are often inaccurate. Similarly only 26% of Americans now say that news organizations are careful that their reporting is not politically biased.
