Democrats Seek Billions More to Prop-Up Underfunded ObamaCare

Democrats Raid $716 Billion from Medicare to Fund ObamaCare

(Washington Times) After Democrats raided $716 Billion from Medicare to pay for ObamaCare it turns out that Republicans and Conservatives were correct, President Obama’s signature legislative achievement is seriously underfunded and not deficit neutral as Americans were told.

President Obama’s budget blueprint that came out late this week, seeks $440 Million in new funding to bolster the Internal Revenue Service which is to enforce ObamaCare’s individual mandate and set up insurance exchanges, together with an additional $1.5 Billion for the Dept of Health & Human Services (HHS) to run the federally run ObamaCare exchanges.

HHS Secy Kathleen Sebelius who acknowledged this week that ObamaCare is more complicated than expected now is saying that Congress ‘must approve’ these new funds to operate the health care exchanges–good luck with that happening.

(Sacramento Bee) Were the State of California a business it would be a candidate of insolvency, with a negative net worth of $127.2 Billion according to the financial report issued by State Auditor Elaine Howle and the Bureau of State Audits.

Remember when Gov Jerry Brown claimed in his ‘State-of-the-State’ address in January, that California had confronted its critics by erasing decades old deficit and praised his Democratic state controlled legislature for the state’s economic and budgetary turnaround–he lied!

Still No White House Tours–Feds Waste $1,188,382 on Puppets and $876,752 to Study Snail Sex

(Breitbart) The recent cancelling of White House tours as a consequence of the 2.4% cut in the increase of future spending–otherwise known as Sequester, is said to be saving taxpayers an estimated $18,000 a week or $936,000 a year.

Putting that figure into perspective, the Fed’s have ~~spent~~ wasted $1,188,382.00 on puppets and puppetry related expenses–more than enough to fund an entire year’s worth of White House Tours.

Taxpayers have likewise funded according to CNS News a $876,752 study in 2011 continuing to 2015 by the University of Iowa, to study whether there is any benefit to sex among New Zealand Mud Snails and whether that explains why any organism has sex.

On Tuesday, I wrote here that the Obama daughters are currently vacationing in the Bahamas for Spring Break, how much is that trip costing the taxpayers?

(Breitbart) As Spring Break begins in earnest throughout the nation, thousands of students will travel to exotic vacation spots, many others won’t as it is a good time to work some extra hours to help pay for their school and miscellaneous expenses to make ends meet.

Sasha & Malia Obama however are vacationing on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, at significant travel cost and expense to the taxpayers that are footing the bill for their Secret Service detail, lodging and related expenses.

A hotel guest where the Obama girls are vacationing Tweeted “…Obama’s daughters were at Club Crush. Obama’s daughters smiled and waved at me, I was in the same room as Obama’s daughters.”

Now please explain to me how is it that White House tours have been cancelled, federal workers are being furloughed and Congressional staffers are nearing starvation because of the Sequester?

(The Guardian) Eurozone finance ministers demanded yesterday that the Cyprus government seize 10% of savings and investments in exchange for a 10 Billion Euro ($12.92 Billion USD) bailout, prompting a run on the banks on the island.

The U.S. Debt now stands at $16.7 Trillion which Obama claims isn’t serious–how soon will it be before the U.S. Govt begins seizing Americans savings and investment to begin paying down our national debt?

Flashback: Remember in 2008 while campaigning for president then Senator Barack Obama assailed President Bush, calling him “unpatriotic” for adding $4 Trillion to the national debt in 8 years as President.

It took Barack Obama just 39 months to run up $5 Trillion in Debt and now claims there is no debt crisis–how “unpatriotic” is that?
