(Daily Mail) China has toppled the United States to become the worlds largest economy according to figures from the Intl Monetary Fund (IMF) the United States had been the global economic performance leader since it overtook Britain in 1872
The latest IMF figures show the China regime economy is worth $17.61 Trillion compared to $17.4 Trillion for the United States.

(Zero Hedge) While Obama and Democrats have been cheering the alleged drop in the unemployment rate today to 5.9% what they fail to mention, is more important for Americans attempting to find a job.
On Friday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the ‘Labor Participation Rate’ has taken another hit falling from 62.8% to 62.7% the lowest level in 36 years–matching a rate when another Democrat, Jimmy Carter was President in February 1978
What is equally disturbing is that the number of Americans not in the labor force rose to a new record high–increasing by 315,000 to 92.6 Million
If that isn’t bad enough, in related economic news, CNS News reports the number of Women not in the labor force increased from 55,345,000 in August to 55,553,000 in September–an increase of 208,000

(Washington Free Beacon) Obama at Northwestern University today said: “I’m not on the ballot this fall, Michelle’s pretty happy about that but make no mistake–These policies are on the ballot, every single one of them..”
Its good for voters to keep this in mind when going to the polls next month.

Uhm but Mr Obama, between May 2013 and May 2014 Illinois has lost 8,900 manufacturing jobs and in April lost a whopping 3,500 alone.
Flashback: Remember in 2012 Obama pledged to create 1 Million new manufacturing jobs during his second term—For Obama to make good on this grandiose promise the U.S. economy must add 28,281 manufacturing jobs every month if we were to reach that goal by 2017

20% of American Workers Were Laid-Off in the Last 5 Yrs –Image: AOL
(LA Times) One in 5 American workers were laid-off in the last 5 years and about 22% of those who lost their jobs, haven’t found one according to a new survey that shows the extent Americans have struggled in the sluggish economy.
The number of people seeking first time jobless benefits increased last week by 12,000 according to the Associated Press to 293,000 the labor department reported today–Employers added just 142,000 last month down from an average 212,000 in the preceding 12 months.
In related economic news, Brookings reports the U.S. Labor participation rate dropped to 62.8% in August, matching the lowest rate of the past 37 years.
