Feds Step Up Efforts to License Drones Over U.S.

Sunday, February 17th, 2013

Obama's Use of Drones(LA Times) While a national debate has erupted over wannabe Imperial President Barack Hussein Obama’s use of lethal drone strikes overseas, federal authorities have stepped up efforts to license surveillance aircraft for use by law enforcement and other uses, spurring growing concern about privacy violations and a continued abuse of the 4th Amendment by the Obama Administration.

On the 27 October, 2011 I wrote here that “Big Sista’s” Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) monitoring equipment, which include  speaker systems and motion sensors were being rolled out to a street near you with the aid of government funding.

Subsequently, I wrote on the 10 January, 2012 here that Janet Napolitano’s DHS, announced the Natl Operations Centers and its offices of Operations, Coordination and Planning, received written authorization to collect and retain personal information on new anchors,  journalists, reporters, or anyone that may use “traditional and/or social media” in real time.

Under what authority does the federal, state and local governments determine that they can secretly collect and store information on Americans without a warrant? What are the limits to the long-arm of federal, state and local authorities to collect this data?

Members of Congress, together with legislators in 18 States are considering bills that would limit the use of unmanned aerial systems, together with new civil liberties and privacy protections to ease fears about invasive surveillance from the skies.

Doesn’t Congress still have the power of the purse? Why haven’t they pulled the plug on the Obama Administration ability to spend money to eavesdrop on Americans without a warrant and cut domestic enemies of the Constitution off at the knees?

China Beijing Unpaid Migrant Workers Stage Protest in Cartoon Costumes

China Migrant Workers Protest in CostumesChina Migrant Workers Protesting in Cartoon Costumes –Shanghaiist

(Offbeat China) Five migrant workers in Beijing dressed as cartoon characters, sat outside the headquarters of China Natl Radio protesting unpaid wages–the pictures look surreal yet reflect a sad reality that millions of China migrant workers face every year.

While the China regime have announced that “malicious wage withholders” can be sentenced up to 7 years in prison, in China the law doesn’t many times work the way its intended, especially for the hard working, poor migrant workers, who often lack the knowledge how to get legal help–Getting attention online may be a much more effective way to receive compensation.

On 17 August, 2011 I wrote here that the China regime abandons thousands of migrant children every year. Subsequently on the 03 September, 2011 I wrote here that in China, Migrant workers have no rights and are often treated like slaves, living in unsanitary conditions, cramped together in makeshift tent homes.

This is China that Beijing, the Obama Administration and the Dinosaur Media ignores and would rather have go unnoticed. China’s migrant workers want–they deserve their grievances to go viral and all of the leverage and support Netizens may help to publicize their most worthy and necessary concerns.

Why Are Some Chinese Women Arriving in the United States to Give Birth to Their Babies?

Chino Hills Residents ProtestProtesters Picket Alleged “Maternal Hotel” in Chino Hills –Daily Breeze

(National Review) Dozens of people recently protested in Chino Hills, CA against a neighborhood home allegedly being operated as a birthing center where pregnant Chinese women are believed to be staying in order that their babies are born in the United States and become U.S. citizens.

In December, The Los Angeles Times reported that anti-Chinese protesters last month calling themselves “Not in Chino Hills” were complaining that the pregnant immigrants don’t “assimilate” in the community, that their children will “infiltrate our country” attend school here, taking away precious college slots away from others and are therefore not welcome.

What all of the news stories are not reporting is critically important to actually understand why Chinese pregnant Women are arriving into the United States to give birth to the babies in the first place.

On the 08 January, 2012 I wrote here that Chinese Women are fleeing to the United States to save their babies from Obama’s Endorsed China Regime One Child Policy which has resulted in the deaths of millions of innocent lives to be murdered as late as into the 9th month of pregnancy when Women have been forced to have abortions, giving birth to live babies, that have been discarded like trash as which happened in March, 2012 in China Shandong Province.

Why Chinese Woman are arriving into the United States to deliver their babies free from family planning authorities is quite understandable when one learns the backstory, which has gone largely underreported by the media.
