Anti-Immigrant Xenophobia, National Socialism Nexus

Thursday, August 12th, 2010

Neo-Nazi staged a protest in Los Angeles earlier thus year—there is a growing swell of anti-immigrant including anti-Chinese sentiment escalating in both the United States and around the world.

These ignorant Nazi thugs have chosen to ignore that the United States is the land of immigrants and our nation has benefited by the diversities of others and rich cultural heritage that our many ancestors have brought to our nation of opportunity.

Anti-Immigrant sentiment in the United States damages the very fabric of a society to live peaceably amongst their neighbors, creating divisions between persons where none once existed.

On the 16 June, I wrote here that small narrow minded Americans have reopened century year old wounds, resurrecting prejudice, bigotry and hatred of others based on ethnicity.

Anti-Immigrant zealots that are presently targeting anchor babies children of undocumented aliens born in the United States, are either ignorant of the law or have chosen to ignore the 14th Amendment and 112 years of legal precedent as set forth in United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) 169 U.S. 649 These anti-immigrant elected legislator zealots, unconstitutional attempts to strip natural born children of their American citizenship, are violating their oath of office while pandering to their political base.

Remembering 100th Anniversary Of Angel Island

Friday, July 23rd, 2010

A new exhibition at the Chinese-American Museum commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the opening of Angel Island and urges collective remembrance of history’s lessons amidst the current national debate about immigration.

The photograph that changed Charles Wong’s life, went on display last week at the Chinese American Museum, Los Angeles—Just a small black and white photo of a woman, a little boy in a new suit and a handsome young man at the cusp of manhood.

The Wong Family discovered this family portrait–his family portrait–tucked away in a suitcase, hidden in a closet on the day his father Gun Chown Wong was buried. The young woman in the photo was Jook Sue, the little boy was Wong himself at age 6 and scared–the young man, a family secret.

The Anti-Women Agenda At Hillary Clinton’s State Dept

Friday, July 16th, 2010

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, has proven that the only 3:00 am calls that they are willing to answer are calls that further a dangerously misguided Progressive agenda.

During the 2008 Presidential Campaign, Hillary Clinton proudly proclaimed that she’d be ready on Day One but she neglected to mention that she’d only be ready to push dogmatic ideological movements.

Two examples in the past month alone attest to this fact. First, Hilary Clinton’s remarks regarding the G-8 Summit in Canada and the plans discussed therein to address maternal health, including high maternal and infant mortality rates in poor and developing countries…The Lefts racist and misogynistic tendencies were further on display at Hillary Clinton’s State Dept with their utter disregard for the fact that Iran was appointed to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. The State Dept had this to say:

“We’re not going to stand up and cheer, by the same token, that is less onerous than the Human Rights Council because Women in Iran, relative to other countries, actually have greater rights.”

Oh well, as long as you don’t cheer, after all its only Women whose rights are being violated. Women in Muslim societies can be lashed for bearing an ankle or stoned to death for violating Islamic tenants.

Stoning to Death is no big whoop to Obama’s State Dept either by evidence of the repugnant statement regarding Sakineh Mohammed Ashitani sentenced to death by stoning for the crime of adultery. Her confession which she retracted was only obtained after she received 99 lashes in front of her Son. Her testimony pursuant to the Laws of Iran, only counted as half as that of a Man’s. What did our State Dept say about this?

“We have grave concerns that her punishment doesn’t fit the crime the alleged crime…from the United States standpoint, we don’t think putting Women to death for adultery is an appropriate punishment.”

Chinese Authorities Attempt To Prevent Publication Of Book Critical Of Wen Jiabo

Thursday, July 8th, 2010

In November, Barack Obama bows to China Premier Wen Jiabo in Beijing.

Yu Jie, author and Christian activist was detained for 4.50 hours by Chinese Authorities this week and warned (threatened) that should he publish his book critical of Wen, who he calls “China’s Best Actor” that he will commit a very serious crime (likely subversion against the state, often times a very typical charge made against Chinese Dissidents) and will be sent to prison like Liu Xiao Bo (to get his mind right–reeducated) serving an 11 year sentence.

World Media appear to have a favorable view of the Chinese Premier, often times referring to him as Grandpa Wen because of his smile, personal charm and ability to connect with people—in reality, Wen along with China President Hu Jintao, have terrorized the, increasing powers of the Secret State Police, while restricting civil liberties and cracking down harshly on dissidents.

36 year old Yu, has been a harsh critic of the Chinese Communist Party who often uses Twitter using the pseudonym ” Yuijie89″ to publish his Tweets online.

On the 20th June, 20,000 Chinese in Paris organized a protest against what they call an epidemic of violence and robbery targeting the ethnic Chinese community.

More than 30 Chinese associations participated in the demonstrations in Paris, under the slogan of “No Violence But Security”

The demonstrations was the largest ever organized by Chinese in Paris. On the website of the Chinese Embassy in France, Counselor Xu Jiangong, said the Embassy firmly supported Chinese nationals expressing their demands through legal means, asking French Police to enhance security of the protesters.
