VP Joe Biden visiting the Ukraine and Georgia this week made an observation to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, “I can not believe that a Frenchman visiting Kiev went back home and told his colleagues he discovered something and didn’t say he discovered the most beautiful women in the world…its certain that you have so many beautiful women.”
