Chela Pollard “I got my card finally from Anthem but there was no policy with it, so my doctor doesn’t know what tests or meds to order. Any suggestions? It is impossible to get through on the phone and the online site keeps telling me that I’ve entered the wrong phone number when I try to contact them. Thanks.”

Richard Dickman “My wife received her Anthem BC card eff 1-1-2014 couple of weeks ago. Paid Anthem online…I believe we are covered. Yesterday I got a letter from ‘Covered CA’ wanting birth certificate and SSN card and that we have 90 days, what gives? We were both born and raised here in California and all that info was given previous plus we mailed ‘twice’ income verification…So my question is, do we disregard the letter from ‘Covered CA’ on 1-17 or respond? Will this jeopardize our coverage with Anthem? I don’t want to send more personal info that they already have and have it floating around somewhere, especially with this Target mess…”

I qualified  and was approved for financial assistance when I applied in December through ‘Covered California’ and even paid my first month premium with ‘Blue Shield’ and received my ‘Welcome’ packet and ID card–only to get a letter from ‘Covered California’ last week inexplicably stating that I now don’t qualify for assistance and that my ObamaCare policy will be canceled  in 90 days!!!! No one answers your Help Line to explain this snafu. Stop all the hype and start getting your act together Covered California!!!! Even your above link doesn’t work. What is going on????”

I pay $107 for this insurance, I have cancer. I worry about that if this insurance doesn’t work what can I do.”
