2 and 3 Wheel Electric Vehicles;

Obama’s Green Energy Initiative of Biofuels;

Extension of ‘Special Rules’ for the Film & Television Industries;

Extension of 7 Yr Tax Credit for Motorsports Entertainment;

Help for Asparagus Farmers

(Market Watch) With the help of Senate RINO’s lawmakers passed a bill early this morning that raises taxes on job creators, increases capital gains taxes and delays any real spending cuts for two more months.

In 2011, Conservative political columnist Pat Buchanan writes in his column entitled An Establishment in Panic “…What school of economic thought–Keynesian, Supply-Side or Monetarist says raising taxes in a slumping economy is the recipe for a return to prosperity? There is no such school. Why, when the whole country is talking about the need to create jobs, would Congress raise taxes on a private productive sector that employs six in seven Americans and is the creator of real jobs.”

With $1 Trillion of New ObamaCare Taxes taking effect today (who knows what black hole will swallow up that money) how is it that raising even more taxes in an anemic economy is going to create even a single job and open the flood gates for new business development and economic expansion?

How The 2,319 Page Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Legislation May Kill The Struggling U.S. Economy

Democrat-Socialists in the Senate aided by RINO’S Scott Brown, R-MA together with Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins both from Maine, today passed the 2,319 page Obama’s Sweeping Financial Reform legislation with far reaching hands not just into Banks but attaches new regulations on Mine Operators and their subsidiaries operating mines, setting up 20 new offices that mandates new gender and racial quotas to addressing the Sense of Congress relating to the Democratic Republic of Congo who knows what these have to do with financial regulatory reform?

“Nowhere in the final bill will you see even a pretense of rolling back the endless federal incentives and mandates to extend credit, particularly mortgages to those who can not afford to pay them back. After all, the popular narrative insists that Wall Street Fat Cats must be to blame for the credit crisis, despite the recognition that mortgages were offered to unqualified individuals and families—banks will still be required to under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to meet government imposed lending quotas” according to Mark A. Calabria, Director of Financial Regulations Studies at the Cato Institute

Democrat-Socialists leave to chance that Bureaucrats are somehow uniquely qualified to make decisions when it comes to levels of compensation of bank executives, the types of proprietary investments that banks may pursue to determining when a firm is too big to fail.

President Obama and his Socialist allies, specifically were granted authority to seize control and liquidate banks and other institutions under provisions of the Dodd-Frank bill.

How will the Dodd-Frank bill stabilize the financial markets? It is much more likely the Obama Financial Overhaul Legislation will strangle an already struggling, fragile economy teetering on a path to a double-dip recession with new government regulations and Congressional mandates in this latest Democrat-Socialist power grab now 110 days out until the mid-term elections.

“Papers Please.” Congressional Socialists Plan for National ID Cards

“Papers Please.” The Nazi’s did and totalitarian nations require national identification cards, now Socialists in Congress believe what was good for them is also good for Americans.

Socialists in Congress working to craft a new immigration bill have settled on a way to prevent employers from hiring undocumented aliens, a national ID Card that all American workers would eventually be required to obtain.

Under the controversial plan, all legal U.S. workers, including citizens and immigrants would be issued a national identification card with embedded information such as fingerprints to tie the card to the worker and to track the movements of citizens.

The national identification card is the brain child of Senator’s Chuckie Schumer, D-NY and RINO Lindsey Graham, R-SC

The American Civil Liberties Union (on the correct side of an issue for a change) argues that, “We’re not only talking about fingerprinting every American, treating ordinary Americans like criminals in order to work, we’re also talking about a card that would quickly spread from work to voting, to travel, pretty much every aspect of American lie…”

RINO John McCain: We Need More Not Less Government Regulation

Republican In Name Only (RINO) Arizona Sen. John McCain, wants the FDA with its dismal safety record to now regulate dietary supplements.

John McCain has introduced with one co-sponsor Byorn Dorgan, D-ND The Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 that would repeal key provisions of the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act to “more effectively dietary supplements that may pose safety risks unknown to consumers.”

McCain sounds like Democrat-Socialists Barack Obama who wants Americans to see themselves as victims for government to seize control of every aspect of ones life because we are just nothing more than simple minded, helpless wimps and don’t have enough common sense to think for ourselves.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Travels to Copenhagen to Help Lower Unemployment?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has traveled to the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, with 20 other House Members which include 6 Republicans to help lower unemployment saying, “We see Copenhagen as a meeting about job creation…”

Huh?

According to Pelosi, the group will meet with representatives from countries involved in the climate talks as well as business leaders and advocacy groups to discuss job creation.

Does this include Islamic Fascist President Ahmadinejad of Iran & Marxist Hugo Chavez of Venezuela? Both have attended the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
