TSA Airport Screeners have no shame and not only should they be criminally charged for sexually assaulting passengers but its time for Congress to do their job and provide oversight to this controversial agency or in the alternative repeal the 2001 legislation which created the TSA—Should President Obama be unwilling to defend the Constitutional Rights of Americans, Congress should consider defunding the TSA and start over.

Despite a deluge of complaints over the intrusiveness of TSA Airport Screening Procedures, the Obama Administration has chosen to disregard protecting the Civil Rights of Americans and has permitted the TSA to chip away at the 4th Amendment which guarantees that persons and their property shall be secured against unreasonable search and seizure by the government.

Did you know, that the nations airports are not required to have TSA Screeners checking passengers at Security checkpoints?
The 2001 law creating the Transportation Security Agency, gave airports the right to opt out of the TSA program in favor of private screeners after a two year period.
Now with the TSA engulfed in controversy and hated by millions of weary and sometimes humiliated travelers, Rep. John Mica, R-FL who soon will be the Chairman of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, is reminding airports they have a choice.
Mica, one of the authors of the original TSA bill, has recently written to the heads of more than 150 airports nationwide suggesting that they opt out of the TSA screening.
“When the TSA was established, it was never envisioned that it would become a huge, unwieldy bureaucracy which was soon to grow to 67,000 employees. As TSA has grown larger, more impersonal and administratively top-heavy, I believe that it’s important that airports across the country consider utilizing the opt-out provision provided by law,” writes Congressman Mica.

Two months ago, Dept of Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano with the diversion of Economic Stimulus Dollars–Slush Fund (that was supposedly used to create all those promised “shovel ready jobs” I digress) purchased hundreds of XXX Full Body Imaging Scanners–unsure how they helped to stimulate the economy?
If TSA wasn’t intrusive enough before, their newly established enhanced security groping of passengers and flights crews have been met with mounting resistance.
Who gave the government the right to trample on the 4th Amendment which guarantees that individuals are to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects from unreasonable search by agents of the federal government?

Ever since the TSA XXX Full Body Imaging Scanners were installed at airports, TSA has been telling passengers that Strict Privacy Safeguards are in place and that the images can not be stored, printed or saved.
We now learn that all this time the TSA were in fact lying and that all XXX Full Body Imaging Scanners be able to collect, retain, store and transmit passengers images without consent.
How many of those pictures are of children? Wouldn’t photographing children nude be possession of child pornography?
