Two Dallas anti-Smoking Liberal Loony Nit-Wits Cary Daniel and her Mother Chris Daniel, have filed a frivolous law suit, seeking exorbitant damages, claiming that they were somehow damaged from a former neighbor and landlord smoking.
As in any civil case, the burden of proof is on the Plaintiff’s, just how are these two anti-smoking goofy zealots are going to be able to prove how they were somehow damaged is anyone’s guess?

Michelle Obama was so proud of her vegetable garden that she shared this years harvest with students from Bancroft Elementary School on the south lawn of the White House, later sitting down with the kid’s and they dined on lettuce and snap peas, to focus attention on good eating habits, health and nutrition.
White House spokesman Katie McCormick-Lelyveld, announced that soil tests of the White House garden have been returned, testing positive for lead.
It may have been a good idea to take soil samples prior to planting a vegetable garden and inviting kid’s over to dine on the lead contaminated veggies?

Warren Buffet said in an interview yesterday, that there has been little progress over the last few months in the “economic war” being fought by the country.
While the economy is in shambles and likely to stay that way for some time, Buffet remains optimistic there eventually will be a recovery but predicted that inflation will become a problem in coming years.
