China Propaganda Ministry Launches 24 Hour English News

China Propaganda Ministry, Xinhua News Network began broadcasting Thursday, its first round the clock English TV service.

The 79 year old wire service service from China, has 10,000 employees positioned around the world, reporting back to the Chinese Communist Party in Beijing
