Deja Vu—New Black Panther Spotted Outside Philly Polling Place

FOX 29 Philadelphia ran into a new Black Panther Party Member, campaigning for Democrats just outside the same voting place where voter intimidation was reported two years ago.

Pennsylvania Election Code says that no one may campaign, post campaign signs or distribute material within 10 feet of the entrance to a polling place.

Why wasn’t this Black Panther instructed to move away from the entrance to the Philly polling place?
