Mark Lloyd the Obama Administration Chief Diversity Officer has been appointed to silence Fox News and Conservative Talk Radio Conservative Talk Radio from exercising their First Amendment Rights.
Conservative broadcasters are like any other business and must remain profitable to continue to operate (unless of course you’ve been nationalized such as GM, Chrysler, AIG, etc.) Lloyd, is to implement FCC Rules which will require private broadcasting companies to pay a licensing fee, equal to their total operating costs.
What private company could afford to stay in business if they would be required to pay a tax to the government of 100% of their overhead?
