(CNBC ) It could take a year to secure the risk of “high exposure” of personal information on the federal ObamaCare website said David Kennedy, a cyber-security expert appears on CNBC today.

“When you develop a website, you develop it with security in mind and it doesn’t appear to have happened this time.”

Surprised?

Why should anyone be surprised at government mismanaging the creation of a website which can only handle up to 50,000 users at a time–800,000 daily and claim with a straight face that Healthcare.gov is more stable and an efficient expenditure of taxpayers money when in comparison Amazon.com which has 2.7 million visitors a day and  eBay, 4 million visitors a day with no excuses, no wait-time to get on their highly secure websites that are user friendly.

In related health care news. President Obama can’t assemble a team to build an efficient ACA website, has now launched a grandiose effort to cure HIV—Good luck with that.
