TSA Airport Screeners have no shame and not only should they be criminally charged for sexually assaulting passengers but its time for Congress to do their job and provide oversight to this controversial agency or in the alternative repeal the 2001 legislation which created the TSA—Should President Obama be unwilling to defend the Constitutional Rights of Americans, Congress should consider defunding the TSA and start over.

Despite a deluge of complaints over the intrusiveness of TSA Airport Screening Procedures, the Obama Administration has chosen to disregard protecting the Civil Rights of Americans and has permitted the TSA to chip away at the 4th Amendment which guarantees that persons and their property shall be secured against unreasonable search and seizure by the government.
