Loughner made his initial federal court appearance today facing one count of the attempted assassination of a Member of Congress (Gabrille Giffords, D-AZ Prayers and Best Wishes for a Speedy Recovery) Two Counts of Murdering a Congressional Staffer and Two Counts of Murdering Federal Employees–Should this Bum be convicted he could be subject to the death penalty.
