Kangavari@Twitter “The wait times for your hotline are a joke–said 30 minutes been on for an hour and twenty. Can’t login to my account either.”
AMomster@Twitter “No health insurance ID yet. Paid over 2 months ago. Still getting letters saying I haven’t paid. @CoveredCA”

Edna Pontellier “I never succeeded in getting anyone on the phone. I made another futile attempt at ‘live chat’ tonight. Not only do you get dropped after 90 minutes of waiting, the option to fill out an online form to submit always ALWAYS fails…”
Brennan King Cane “Not great news about Orange County’s Medi-Cal provider.”

Mike Reaume “Have you noticed there is not one positive post on this entire page? Peter Lee are you listening?”
Victoria Hicks Castellaccio “Thanks for taking more money out of my families pocket. My new ObamaCare plan from Kaiser is costing us $6100 for my impending birth. Under my old NON-ObamaCare plan, the same delivery would have been $250 a day! Kaiser is telling me they can’t upgrade the plan and save $5500 because YOU won’t let them. Is this true? You won’t help save a family $5500? Who are you helping?”
Richard Dickman “My wife received her Anthem BC card eff 1-1-2014 couple of weeks ago. Paid Anthem online…I believe we are covered. Yesterday I got a letter from ‘Covered CA’ wanting birth certificate and SSN card and that we have 90 days, what gives? We were both born and raised here in California and all that info was given previous plus we mailed ‘twice’ income verification…So my question is, do we disregard the letter from ‘Covered CA’ on 1-17 or respond? Will this jeopardize our coverage with Anthem? I don’t want to send more personal info that they already have and have it floating around somewhere, especially with this Target mess…”
Danny Marks from Los Angeles “Are experiencing issues with your site–I have been trying to apply for weeks and continue to get system errors and got this when I tried to chat with someone.”
Covered California “Hi Danny: Our online chat isn’t working for everyone right now; If you need to contact us call 1-800….If you’re still getting that error, trying logging in with a different browser or making sure your browser is fully up to date.”
Danny Marks from Los Angeles “Excellent suggestion only that every time I call that number it tells me you are experiencing a high volume of calls and to use the website and then hangs up.”
Loic Conte from Los Angeles “Am I the only one to not being able to create only 1 household member? I always have to complete information for 2 members both with my name? Like if I was 2 people! Please help.”
Kevin Gambetti “Because of lies told to me by ‘Covered California’ I may lose everything. I’m disabled and now they forced me on Medi-Cal which does not support my doctors and they refused to let me get and pay for my own plan that would let me keep my doctors and save my life. I think this is to kill off the sick and old, really…”
Maureen O’Brien “Fix your system!!! I qualified and was approved for financial assistance when I applied in December through ‘Covered California’ and even paid my first month premium with ‘Blue Shield’ and received my ‘Welcome’ packet and ID card–only to get a letter from ‘Covered California’ last week inexplicably stating that I now don’t qualify for assistance and that my ObamaCare policy will be canceled in 90 days!!!! No one answers your Help Line to explain this snafu. Stop all the hype and start getting your act together Covered California!!!! Even your above link doesn’t work. What is going on????”
Mimi Ahmadi from Beverly Hills “I get ObamaCare but most of doctors, clinics and hospitals they don’t accept…I had Blue Cross PPO and right now I have Blue Shield…they say they don’t accept because they don’t pay good, unfortunately since last two weeks my shoulder and neck was painful and I had to do X-Ray and MRI and they don’t accept. I pay $107 for this insurance, I have cancer. I worry about that if this insurance doesn’t work what can I do.”
